1. The dynamic load causes the dynamic load effect of the chain electric hoist when its motion state changes, and the dynamic load effect increases the original static load value. Dynamic load includes the inertial load generated by the structural self weight and lifting load during variable speed motion; The impact load generated by the impact of the wheels passing through uneven rail joints or the moving parts of the crane on the buffer.
2. The gravity load of the chain hoist includes two main parts: self weight load and lifting load. The self weight load includes the gravity load of the metal structure, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment of the crane. The mode of action of the load and the simplified mechanical model can be considered separately. The lifting load refers to the gravity of all lifting masses, including the maximum effective object allowed to be lifted, the lifting device, suspension flexible parts, and the gravity of other equipment during lifting. When the chain electric hoist is in a non moving stationary state, that is, the chain electric hoist is not working or suspended in the air when the lifting motion is stopped, the self weight load and lifting load of the chain electric hoist can be treated as static load.
3. Natural loads refer to loads caused by natural factors such as wind, ice, snow, earthquakes, and temperature changes. The impact of wind load on lifting operations of electric chain hoists working outdoors should be given sufficient attention.
